I GUARANTEE that if I do not perform any one or more of the services guaranteed during the term of our listing agreement, you may unconditionally cancel the listing agreement subject to clause 10.0 of the Sellers Brokerage Agreement.

The fact I am making this signed Unconditional Service Guarantee to you, in writing, states I do what I say, without any reservation.
I Guarantee...
1. Open communication with you on an ongoing basis.
2. Your telephone calls will be answered as soon as possible.
3. Your property will be constantly and consistently exposed to the buying public in more ways than with other real estate agents. Here is a general list of our marketing services, however we customize to individual needs:

  • Shared listing through a newly designed program exclusive to MaxWell Realty, your home will be available on hundreds of websites instead of just one.
  • MLS coverage - well written and updated as needed
  • Advertising in the Calgary Real Estate News, the Calgary Herald and the Calgary Sun
  • Open houses
  • Feature Brochure - to prepare and have readily available to all Buyers and their representatives, aggressively promoting all of the features of your property and their benefits.
  • Mail feature sheet to top Real Estate agents in your area - a direct pipeline to hundreds of buyers in the marketplace.
  • Staging - when selling a home, it is financially imperative that you stage your home for sale. It can be a very confusing and overwhelming process during such a stressful period, so Nash Homes will provide you with the services of a Staging Consultant. We will go through your home and provide a summary of key areas that should be addressed to give you the most selling power.

4. I will keep you abreast of current and creative financing programs available, helping potential buyers and their agents find the best financing possible today.
5. I will present all offers to you and review the offers with you, with objectivity and insight.
6. I will be present at all offer presentations, representing your interests.
7. I will do whatever it takes, so long as it is moral, legal and ethical, to get the sale closed for you. I will make every effort with everyone involved in the sale: your lawyer, the selling agent, the appraiser, the bank, the home inspector, and anyone else that may be involved, to make sure that the sale closes.
