Deciding to sell your home and preparing it for sale is a very stressful time. Not knowing what to do to your home to get the best price and sell it as fast as possible can overwhelm a seller. That is where we come in.  We are committed to you - to assist you in identifying what needs to be done to your home to make it ready for the market. Once all of the pre-listing recommendations are completed, we will come in and stage your home to make to appear as close to show home quality as possible. With our staging and professional photography, your online images will compell buyers to view your home.  That is what we need to do to sell your house.

Here are some before and after shots of houses we have staged and some insight into what was done prior to listing.  Once you list with Dan we will meet and preview your home, talk about what you are willing to do to sell it and what makes sense to do to get it market ready.  Then we will provide you with our recommendations, help you with contractors, painters, etc., whatever we as a team decide will give you the best response and bang for your selling buck. Once we are ready to put it on the market, we will come in and stage, take photos and create marketing materials that will get the job done.
